5 minute intro, 45 minutes of asana followed by 10-25 minutes of meditation, depending on how much time you have. Open up the energy body and physical body in a balanced way for an open and tuned in meditation practice at the end. The movement portion of the practice is moderate, designed to work out any restlessness or tension to allow you to sit with more stillness and depth.
